La remise du site pour les travaux de construction du giratoire de Tchaourou a été effectuée, mardi 5 février 2019, par le directeur général des Infrastructures, Jacques Ayadji. Pour ce chantier confié à l'entreprise Sogea Satom, le contrôle et la surveillance des travaux seront exécutés par le bureau Dépôt IC Horse.
« Pour démarrer tout de suite les travaux du giratoire de Tchaourou avec la section des deux fois deux voies qu'il y a sur la route Bétérou-Tchaourou-Frontière du Nigéria, les ressources sont disponibles au niveau du budget national››, a affirmé le directeur général des infrastructures.
La remise du site a été faite en attendant la reprise des travaux de la route Bétérou-Tchaourou-frontière du Nigéria. L'infrastructure fait un total de 1,7 km sur l'axe, avec des amorces au niveau de la Route inter-Etats N°2 qui va de Tchaourou à Parakou.
Le directeur des infrastructures estime qu'il fait gagner du temps. Aussi, explique-t-il que l'économie qui sera réalisée sur les ressources de la Banque islamique du développement (Bid) servira à d'autres travaux comme des pistes connexes et des infrastructures sociocommunautaires au niveau de Tchaourou et ses environs.
Le problème auquel pourraient être confrontés les travaux, c'est la libération des emprises concernées. L'appel est lancé au maire de la commune, Sounon Bio Bouko, pour jouer sa partition pour que, dans un bref délai, les espaces soient effectivement dégagés afin que les travaux puissent démarrer.
Pour le maire, le gouvernement a vu juste en démarrant les travaux de la route Bétérou-Tchaourou-frontière du Nigéria par les ouvrages dont la réalisation prendra assez de temps. « Nous allons faire la sensibilisation, mais il faut que les populations sachent les personnes qui vont déguerpir », affirme le maire. Tout en demandant le dédommagement des sinistrés, le maire Sounon Bio Bouko se dit engagé à accompagner le gouvernement. Jacques Ayadji signale que « Le gouvernement n'a pas le choix. Nous allons faire les estimations et puis, le dédommagement suivra ». Il invite les sinistrés à ne pas attendre nécessairement d'entrer en possession de ce qui leur est dû, avant de chercher à libérer les lieux.
L'opération de marquage, démarre ce mercredi sous le contrôle du directeur départemental des Infrastructures et des Transports du Borgou, Wilfried Gbédji.
« Notre engagement sera total pour le démarrage et l'accomplissement de ce projet », a assuré, le chef projet, Tony Charpentier.

Strong collaboration between European aviation organisations (civil and military) is proving key to generating growth for the industry and to meeting the passenger demand for safer, smarter, greener and more seamless air travel, in line with the EU Aviation Strategy. Over the course of the 3-day Congress, these organisations will come together to show how through collaboration they can go much further in tackling pressing challenges, such as air traffic delays and congestion, drone integration, digital transformation and cyber security.

The “Europe for Aviation” stand and theatre (#849 and #1151) will host a wide range of debates, presentations and guided walking tours, illustrating the collaboration in action between European aviation organisations working to implement SES, namely the European Commission, EUROCONTROL, SESAR Joint Undertaking (SESAR JU), SESAR Deployment Manager (SESAR DM), European Aviation Safety Agency, European Defence Agency, Innovation and Networks Executive Agency (INEA), and EUROCAE. In doing so, the organisations will show how between them they cover the full project management cycle from policy and funding to research and deployment.

• Official opening by Director General of DG MOVE, Henrik Hololei with the Executive Directors/Director Generals of each of the participating organisations.
• Single European Sky Awards ceremony (#SESAwards) followed by a networking drink (12 March, 17:00).

A cég nyolc év alatt 3500 lakást magába foglaló önálló tömbháznegyedet épít, ahol többek között üzlet, szabadidőközpont, parkolóhelyek és zöldövezet is lesz. Az első két tömbházat a terület északi oldalán húzzák fel, egyik 47, a másik pedig 62 stúdió típusú, illetve két- és háromszobás lakást tartalmaz tömbház alatti garázsokkal.  E két épületet év végéig fejezik be. Jelenleg folyamatban van az építkezési engedély kiváltása, amint ez meglesz, hozzálátnak a munkához. A lakások ára az igényektől és a szerződési feltételektől függően mintegy 35.000 és 72.000 euró között változik. Az említett két tömbházban létesítendő lakások 60%-át már leszerződték.

Léon Anjorin Koboudé est le nouvel Assistant du Ministre du Tourisme, de la Culture et des Sports du Bénin. La nouvelle vient d'être rendue publique. Elle est confirmée par l'intéressé lui-même, joint au téléphone ce mercredi : « Oui, je suis le nouvel AM du Ministre Oswald Homéky. C'est un honneur de rejoindre une équipe dynamique et efficace. » Quant à sa mission à ce poste, Léon Anjorin Koboudé s'est montré peu bavard : « Je vous confirme ma nomination. Mais permettez que ma fiche de poste reste entre mon patron et moi ».

Selon nos recherches, un Assistant de Ministre est généralement chargé de la planification et du suivi des activités du ministre, élabore ses projets de discours et le représente à certaines réunions. Le département ministériel dirigé par Oswald Homeky est l'un des plus denses du gouvernement.

Cet ancien étudiant du Centre d'études des sciences et techniques de l'information (CESTI) s'est reconverti après dans la communication stratégique, une compétence qu'il a fait valoir chez PlaNet Finance (Positive Finance), Bureau de Restructuration et de Mise à Niveau (BRMN) etc… Une expérience professionnelle acquise entre le Bénin, le Sénégal et la France. Il est aussi titulaire de deux Masters en Sciences politiques et communication obtenus dans les universités de Paris 1 Sorbonne et de Nanterre.
Léon Anjorin Koboudé est un parfait connaisseur du milieu politique et médiatique beninois. Avant sa nomination, il n'avait aucun engagement politique.
