Die EU-Finanzminister:innen werden am Dienstag (6. Dezember) in Brüssel darüber beraten, ob die EU-Mittel für Ungarn freigegeben werden sollen, nachdem die Europäische Kommission letzte Woche empfohlen hatte, 7,5 Milliarden Euro an Kohäsionsmitteln im Rahmen des Konditionalitätsmechanismus für Rechtsstaatlichkeit einzufrieren.

Le vice-président de l'ex Dynamique Unitaire pour la Démocratie et le Développement (DUD), parti fondu dans l'Union Progressiste le Renouveau, Prof Léon Bani Bio Bigou a décidé d'adhérer au parti d'opposition Les Démocrates. L'universitaire l'a fait savoir à travers une correspondance adressée au parti le 28 novembre 2022.

« Pour une question de convenance personnelle et d'éthique politique, j'ai l'honneur et le plaisir de vous adresser ma demande d'adhésion au parti Les Démocrates », a indiqué le professeur Léon Bani Bio Bigou au président du parti d'opposition dans une correspondance en date du 28 novembre.
L'universitaire explique que son parti Dynamique Unitaire pour la Démocratie et le Développement (DUD) a adhéré au parti Union Progressiste le Renouveau (UPR).
Prof Léon Bani Bio Bigou fut vice-président de l'ex-parti DUD de Valentin Aditi Houdé.
Maître de conférences (CAMES), Pr Léon Bani Bio Bigou a été secrétaire général de l'Université d'Abomey-Calavi et Ancien premier Vice-Président de l'Assemblée Nationale. Il est Commandeur de l'Ordre National du Bénin.
Le DUD a été dissout et fondu dans le parti Union Progressiste Le Renouveau (UPR) le 29 septembre 2022. Selon son président, DUD a été créé en 2018 pour soutenir les actions du président de la République Patrice Talon. C'est dans cette perspective que ses militants ont choisi de rejoindre un parti de la mouvance.

From 29 November to 2 December, the OSCE’s Transnational Threats Department, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe and the UNDOC Terrorism Prevention Branch organized a training course in Tajikistan on requesting electronic evidence from service providers based in foreign jurisdictions. The course, based on the United Nations Practical Guide on Requesting Electronic Evidence across Borders, was developed by the UNODC, INTERPOL, and OSCE, with the financial support of the European Union.

The training course brought together 19 representatives from Tajikistan’s law enforcement, judicial agencies and other relevant ministries. The modules of the course covered available instruments for requesting electronic evidence abroad, including requests for preservation, voluntary disclosure, emergency disclosure, and mutual legal assistance, as well as channels for police-to-police co-operation. The course also underlined the importance of respecting human rights and fundamental freedoms in all these procedures.

The three-day course was followed by a one-day national roundtable in which the participants and experts discussed the necessary changes for improving existing procedures for requesting electronic evidence from overseas service providers. The training concluded with a set of recommendations for establishing effective national mechanisms.

“In the context of the rapid development of the Internet and digitalization in the Republic of Tajikistan, it is very important for the law enforcement agencies to be able to effectively investigate cyber-enabled crimes through engaging with the private companies and network providers in new and innovative manners,” said Jukka Tuononen, Head of the Politico-Military Department of the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe. “The OSCE continues promoting public-private partnerships between State authorities and the private sector to facilitate requesting electronic evidence across borders in full respect of human rights and fundamental freedoms.”

The course was supported through the extra-budgetary project “Capacity Building on Combating Cybercrime in Central Asia”, which is funded by the United States of America, Germany, and the Republic of Korea.

Ukrán katonák vesznek részt Csehországban egy előre betervezett hadgyakorlaton – közölte Karel Rehla tábornok, a cseh hadsereg vezérkari főnöke.

A cseh védelmi minisztérium biztonsági okokból nem közölte, hogy hány katona tartózkodik Csehországban, illetve mikor és hogyan érkeztek az országba. A cseh parlament november végén hagyta jóvá azt a kormánydöntést, miszerint a jövő év végéig a csehek mintegy négyezer ukrán katona számára biztosítanak speciális kiképzést. A kiképzésre négy egy-egy hónapos szakaszban kerül sor.

“Ukrán katonák vannak a Libavá katonai körzetben egy tervezett hadgyakorlaton” – mondta Rehla az iDnes című hírportálnak.

David Jires, a védelmi tárca kommunikációs osztályának igazgatója szerint az ukránok a parlamentben jóváhagyott jövő évi speciális kiképzéseket készítik elő a csehekkel. A prágai védelmi tárca korábbi közlése szerint a cseh hadsereg az ukrán harckocsizó egységek és speciális egységek katonáit fogja kiképezni. A kiképzés költségeit 975 millió koronára (mintegy 16 milliárd forintra) tervezte a cseh kormány. A pénzt az Európai Unió megtéríti.

Jana Cernochová védelmi miniszter kijelentette: a kiképzés a cseh hadsereg számára is hasznos, mert megismerkedhet az ukránoknak a mostani háborúban szerzett tapasztalataival. A cseh hadsereg ugyanakkor 55 szakértőt küld más országokba – elsősorban Németországba és Lengyelországba -, ahol részt vesznek ukrán katonák ottani kiképzésében.
