Haladéktalanul be kell szüntetni Örményország és Azerbajdzsán harctevékenységét Hegyi-Karabahban – jelentette ki Dmitrij Peszkov, a Kreml szóvivője.

“Úgy gondoljuk, hogy a harctevékenységet haladéktalanul be kell szüntetni és a konfliktust politikai-diplomáciai mederbe kell terelni. Jelen pillanatban minden felet, elsősorban a konfliktusban részt vevő feleket maximális visszafogottságra és katonai rendezésről való lemondásra hívjuk fel, valamint arra, hogy tartózkodjanak minden olyan lépéstől, amely az amúgy is lényegében a katonai összeütközés stádiumában lévő helyzet további súlyosbodását provokálhatja ki” – mondta.

Peszkov közölte, hogy Vlagyimir Putyin, aki vasárnap fogadta Nikol Pasinján örmény miniszterelnök hívását, szükség esetén tárgyal majd az azeri féllel is. Felhívta a figyelmet arra, hogy Szergej Lavrov külügyminiszter alig néhány órával a harcok vasárnapi kitörését követőn mind az örmény, mind az azeri hivatali partnerével kapcsolatba lépett. Kérdésre válaszolva úgy vélekedett, hogy most elsősorban a harcok befejezésével kell foglalkozni, nem pedig azzal, hogy ki kezdeményezte a konfliktus kiújulását.

Dmitrij Medvegyev, az orosz biztonsági tanács alelnöke Facebook-bejegyzésben szintén azt hangsúlyozta, hogy a konfliktust kizárólag politikai és diplomáciai eszközökkel kell megoldani. Nyugalomra intette a szemben álló feleket.

A pre-condition for the effective development and diffusion of green technologies, as well as for increasing competitiveness, is the presence of well-functioning national quality infrastructure systems, comprising standards, conformity assessment (that is, inspection, testing and certification), metrology and accreditation. Building up relevant quality infrastructure capabilities is, therefore, decisive for effectively using, adapting and innovating technologies. This study examines the nexus between green technologies and quality infrastructure in developing countries. Using a mix of research methods, we explore a) which green technologies are diffusing and at what pace in developing countries, and (b) what quality infrastructure investments are needed to support, and benefit from, the transition towards a green economy.
