Október 13-án PCR-teszttel 1.871, antigénessel pedig 387 új fertőzöttet azonosítottak itthon. Tegnap 12.531 laboratóriumi PCR-tesztet és 18.533 antigénes tesztet végeztek az országban. A COVID-19 hazai halálos áldozatainak a száma szerdán 19-cel 12.791-re emelkedett.

Its objectives are to highlight policy gaps on using social protection to support loss and damage action (at the national level), and to define key capacity-building needs in developing countries. The brief further seeks to: i) recommend priorities for strengthening national social protection systems with the view to minimizing, averting and addressing residual loss and damage associated with climate extremes and slow onset changes; and ii) inform the future work on social protection by the TEG-CRM and, more broadly, that of the thematic expert groups established under the WIM.

Ce mercredi 13 octobre, le sélectionneur algérien Djamel Belmadi est revenu sur les deux confrontations de l’Équipe nationale face au Niger, dans une interview de post-stage au micro de FAF TV.

En effet, le coach Belmadi a tenu à saluer le quatuor de la défense, tout en affirmant :  » nous sommes prêts pour n’importe quel concurrent dans le match de barrage « .

Il a ajouté à ce propos :  » Bounedjah joue comme un guerrier et j’étais très content du but qu’il a marqué. Quant à Belaili, c’est un joueur qui est toujours au service de l’Équipe nationale et a la même influence que Riyad Mahrez « .  » L’Afrique doit être fière du record historique réalisé par l’Équipe nationale algérienne. »

Ainsi, le sélectionneur algérien a affirmé que le match prévu face au Burkina Faso est comme un match final, insistant sur le fait que les supporters doivent être présents.

La plus jeune ministre de l’histoire de l’Algérie risque de croupir pendant longtemps dans sa cellule. Les accusations portées à son encontre pèsent lourd. Outre la corruption, Houda Imane Feraoun, ex-ministre des Télécoms est poursuivie pour «dilapidation de deniers publics», «octroi d’indus avantages» et «abus de fonction».

Au tribunal de Sidi M’Hamed, après deux jours de procès concernant une affaire qui a fait perdre au trésor public près de 40 milliards de dinars, le juge a fixé la date du verdict pour le 18 octobre prochain. Au cœur du procès se tient Houda Feraoun, ancienne ministre des télécommunications.

L’ex-jeune ministre a pris un sérieux coup de vieux, affirme nos sources présentes sur place. Houda Feraoun croupit en prison depuis plus de 10 mois. Malgré une certaine confiance qu’elle tenait à afficher au moment du réquisitoire, Feraoun à tremblé quand le procureur a requis à son encontre une peine de huit ans de prison ferme.

Professeur d’université à l’age de 34 ans, Houda Feraoun s’est plainte au juge hier de ne pas avoir pu s’entretenir avec sa défense. Une chose qui ne figure cependant pas parmi ses droits. L’ancienne ministre a tenté cependant, tant bien que mal, de redorer son blason, en plaidant sa totale innocence.

« Je suis innocente », plaide Houda Feraoun

Très tard pendant la nuit du mardi, suite à la clôture des plaidoiries, la parole a été donnée par le juge à l’ensemble des accusés. Les cadres d’Algérie Télécom, les représentants de Huawei et ZTE, et notamment Houda Feraoun, s’accordent à dire la même chose.

« Je suis innocente », plaide l’ex-femme forte des TIC sous le règne de Bouteflika. Feraoun a aussi déclaré que « le procureur de la République a porté de nouvelles charges qui n’étaient pas dans le dossier ». En s’adressant au juge, elle s’indigne : « vous avez vu par vous-même que celui qui m’accusait d’avoir donné les ordres a fini par changer de propos ».

Le procureur a notamment accusé Feraoun de ne pas avoir levé le petit doigt pour empêcher les signatures qui ont couté au trésor public 39 milliard de dinars. À cela, Houda Feraoun répond en affirmant qu’en sa qualité de « ministre et de présidente de l’assemblée générale, mes pouvoirs s’arrêtent au bilan annuel …, la loi m’interdit d’intervenir dans les transactions, de les conclure, et même de les annuler ».

Pour conclure sa défense, Houda Feraoun tente le tout pour le tout. Elle déclare, devant juge et assistance : « Un dernier mot. Innocence. Je ne demanderai pas de lever le gel sur mes biens et mes avoirs, car je ne possède rien. Je demande l’innocence ».

La défense de Feraoun s’insurge

Du côté de la défense de la mise en cause, on ne mâche plus les mots. Les avocats de Feraoun semblent être indignés. Leur cliente risque huit ans de prison. Selon eux, il s’agit d’une injustice.

Ma cliente « aurait pu rester en France ou dans n’importe quel pays qui exploiterait son génie, mais elle s’est retrouvée ici en prison à cause de l’un des accusés. Ce dernier a dit qu’elle lui avait donné des instructions, alors qu’à cette date, il n’était même pas président ni directeur général », lance l’avocat Nabil Ouali.

Le même avocat poursuit en disant que « Aujourd’hui, la même personne s’est rétracté et a avoué que nous avions choisi l’entreprise pour des raisons de connexion technologique ». Ouali s’interroge : « Qu’est-ce que Feraoun a fait ? Monsieur le Président, nous sommes devant un pôle spécialisé, où sont les preuves. A-t-elle signé un contrat ? Qu’a-t-elle conclu ? Elle n’a qu’un document dans lequel elle demande d’appliquer la loi ».
