L'Ambassade des Etats-Unis au Bénin condamne fermement le coup d'Etat perpétré contre le gouvernement du Bénin dimanche 07 décembre 2025. A travers un communiqué, la représentation diplomatique a présenté ses condoléances aux familles des personnes qui y ont perdu la vie, ainsi qu'à toutes celles qui ont été affectées par les actes de violence. Les Etats-Unis ont également exprimé leur solidarité au gouvernement béninois dans ses efforts pour rétablir la sécurité et la stabilité.

Les évènements survenus dimanche 07 décembre 2025 au Bénin n'ont aucun impact sur les activités économiques. L'Agence de promotion des investissements et des exportations (APIEx) tient à rassurer les investisseurs à travers un communiqué signé de son directeur général, Éric AKOUTE.

Der Präsident des Europäischen Rates António Costa hat die Führungsspitzen der EU zur Tagung am 18./19. Dezember 2025 in Brüssel eingeladen.
