On vous l'avait bien dit, mon Neveu Patou dirige un pays de pagailleurs avec des pagailleurs partout ! Sinon que la décision, frappée au coin du bon sens, de la Police d'exiger comme dans tout pays normal, que désormais les passagers motocyclistes portent un casque, a suscité une véritable levée de boucliers, sur les réseaux sociaux et certains médias, où les plus malhonnêtes et cyniques, ont même parlé de décision anti-sociale. Mais malgré les temps qui sont durs, la très grande majorité des usagers s'est pliée à cette exigence et à cette normalisation des mœurs routières …
Depuis qu'il y a une nouvelle initiative pour mieux assainir les mœurs politiques et d'exigence d'effort électoral de la part des politiciens, par la réforme du Code électoral, ceux qui s'estiment victimes poussent des cris d'orfraie et dénoncent une politique d'exclusion et voudraient bien ne pas s'y plier, en espérant que la Cour Constitutionnelle cassera tout cela …
En tout cas si vous mes Neveux et Nièces vous n'avez pas compris que c'est cela on appelle la République à deux vitesses, sans casque, vous êtes tous des pagailleurs !

Au moins 22 personnes sont décédées au cours des trois derniers mois dans le nord du Nigeria des suites d'une méningite cérébro-spinale. C'est ce qu'a rapporté l'agence de presse Xinhua en se référant aux autorités de l'État de Yobe.

L'épidémie s'est déclarée dans six régions de l'État, pour un total de 636 cas confirmés, précise l'agence. Les épidémies de méningite cérébro-spinale, qui provoque un gonflement du cerveau et de la moelle épinière, se produisent dans le nord du Nigeria pendant la saison sèche. Avec l'arrivée de la saison des pluies, la maladie, qui est le plus souvent causée par un virus, recule.
