Első fokon két év, négy évre felfüggesztett szabadságvesztésre és pénzbüntetésre ítélték, valamint két évre eltiltották a járművezetéstől büntetőfékezése miatt Berki Krisztiánt, közismert celebet.

A Fővárosi Törvényszék a közleményében – a vádlottat meg nem nevezve – azt írta: a terhelt 2018 márciusában a KRESZ több előírását is megszegve vezetett egy személygépkocsit, majd miután megelőzött egy autóbuszt – a forgalmi helyzet szempontjából indokolatlanul – hirtelen fékezett. Az autóbusz vezetője azonnal lassított és vészfékezett, de így sem tudta elkerülni az ütközést az autóval.

“A szándékos veszélyhelyzet-okozás miatt történt ütközés következtében” az autóbuszban több mint 2,5 millió, míg a gépkocsiban több mint 14 millió forint anyagi kár keletkezett – tették hozzá.

A bíróság a vádlottat közúti veszélyeztetés és jelentős, illetve nagyobb kárt okozó rongálás miatt bűnösnek mondta ki. Enyhítő körülményként vették figyelembe az időmúlást, a vádlott büntetlen előéletét, valamint azt, hogy egy kiskorú gyermek eltartásáról gondoskodik. Súlyosító körülménynek számított a többszöri KRESZ-szabályszegés, a kettőnél több halmazat, továbbá a vádlott közlekedési előélete – emelte ki a törvényszék.

Az ítélet ellen az ügyész súlyosítás miatt jelentett be fellebbezést. A vádlott és védője három nap gondolkodási időt kért – olvasható a közleményben.
