Spanien führt eine Debatte über Rassismus im Fußball, nachdem Tausende von Fußballfans den Stürmer Vinicius Jr. von Real Madrid bei einem LaLiga-Spiel am Sonntag rassistisch beschimpft hatten.

Magyarország a tűzszünetben és nem a fegyverszállításban látja a háború végéhez vezető utat – jelentette ki a honvédelmi miniszter.

Szalay-Bobrovniczky Kristóf a nyilatkozatában közölte, a fegyverszállítás és az Európai Békekeret forrásainak megnövelésével kapcsolatban a védelmi miniszterek tanácsában világossá tette, hogy Magyarország álláspontja a háborút és támogatását illetően továbbra is szilárd: nem támogat semmilyen lépést, amely további eszkalációhoz vezetne.

„A fegyverszállítások folytatása egyértelműen a helyzet elmérgesedéséhez vezet” – fogalmazott.

A honvédelmi miniszter kijelentette: a háborúnak, az erőszaknak nem a fegyverek vetnek véget, hanem az azonnali tűzszünet és a béketárgyalások megkezdése. Magyarország a béke pártján áll, és nem szállít fegyvert Ukrajnának – húzta alá a miniszter, majd hozzátette: ugyanakkor minden más módon segít Ukrajnának, története legnagyobb humanitárius segélyprogramja keretében.

Ami Ukrajna jövőbeni támogatását illeti, Magyarország annak előfeltételének azt tartja, hogy az OTP Bank lekerüljön az ukrán kormány szankciós listájáról – emelte ki Szalay-Bobrovniczky. Hozzátette, a háború az európai védelmi ipari kapacitások megerősítésének fontosságára is rámutatott, amit a magyar kormány is támogat.

„Kiemelt célunk a magyar védelmi ipar újjáélesztése és megerősítése, amely a Magyar Honvédség igényeit ki tudja elégíteni és hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy Magyarország be tudjon lépni a nemzetközi piacokra is” – tette hozzá a honvédelmi miniszter.
