Három embert elfogtak, egyet köröznek a meggyilkolt szlovákiai magyar vállalkozó ügyében – jelentették be a szlovák Nemzeti Bűnüldözési Ügynökség (NAKA) és a Készenléti Rendőrség Nemzeti Nyomozó Iroda (KR NNI).

Az elfogott három férfi szlovák állampolgár, közülük kettőt Szlovákiában, egyet Magyarországon vettek őrizetbe. A körözött személy – Sárközi Gergely – magyar, szerepel a rendőrség honlapján, a police.hu-n a körözési toplistán.

A negyvennégy éves Sárközi veszélyes, fegyvere van — mondta a sajtótájékoztatón Jeney Áron ezredes, a KR NNI igazgatója. Ezért azt tanácsolta, senki ne próbálja meg feltartóztatni, valamint azt üzente a menekülő férfinak, minél hamarabb adja fel magát. Jeney emlékeztetett: a rendőrség május 3-án kapott bejelentést arról, hogy ég egy autó a Veszprém vármegyei Pápateszér és Csót közötti erdős területhez közel.

A helyszíni szemle igazolta, hogy a jármű a szlovákiai Csicsóról eltűnt vállalkozó, Sz. Tibor tulajdona. A környéken elrendelt kutyás keresés eredményeként megtalálták az áldozat megcsonkított, megégetett holttestét, majd a tetoválásai alapján azonosították – mondta el.

Hiripi Gábor, a KR NNI Életvédelmi és Célkörözési Főosztály vezetője elmondta, hogy a vizsgálatban a Győr-Moson-Sopron Vármegyei Rendőr-főkapitányság is részt vett, mert a rendőrök által keresett Peugeot egy térfigyelő kamera rögzítette egy téti benzinkúton. A kocsi sofőrje a még körözés alatt álló Sárközi lehetett, aki a töltőállomáson egy véres bankjeggyel fizetett. A Peugeot-ot később szintén felgyújtották.

Rudolf Patka, a NAKA nyugati részlegének igazgatója elmondta, hogy Sz. Tibor eltűnését korábban bejelentették Szlovákiában, arról, hogy a vállalkozó bűncselekmény áldozata lett, a nyomozóknak nem volt információjuk.
