Magyarországon is megjelent a paradicsom barna termés-ráncosodását okozó, de az emberi egészségre nem veszélyes vírus (Tomato brown rugose fruit virus, ToBRFV) – közölte hétfőn a honlapján a Nemzeti Élelmiszerlánc-biztonsági Hivatal (Nébih).

A vizsgálatok egy Csongrád-Csanád és egy Győr-Moson-Sopron megyei termelőnél igazolták a vírust, mindkettőnél elrendelték a növényegészségügyi zárlatot. Az illetékes kormányhivatalok növényvédelmi szakemberei megkezdték a hatósági intézkedéseket, a fertőzések forrásának felderítését – írták.

A közlemény szerint a ToBRFV 2018 óta Európa több országában felbukkant, könnyen terjed, eladhatatlanná teszi a termést, és nincs ellene hatékony technológia, ezért óvatosságra intik a termelőket. A körültekintés a szaporítóanyagok beszerzésére, a termesztés és a forgalmazás higiéniai szabályaira, a felhasznált eszközök, például göngyöleg, munkaruha, metszőolló fertőtlenítésére egyaránt vonatkozik.

Gondoskodni kell az üvegházakból kikerülő zöld melléktermék ártalmatlanításáról is, a tünetek észlelését pedig be kell jelenteni a területileg illetékes megyei kormányhivatalnál – tették hozzá.
