Le cycliste congolais Miguel Masai Sai est arrivé lundi 15 juin à Lubumbashi. Le natif de Goma poursuit son périple africain dans le cadre de son projet « Pedals for Peace », non sans obstacles administratifs. Initialement engagé sur l’itinéraire Angola–Kongo Central (RDC), il n’a pas pu entrer sur le sol angolais faute de visa. Miguel Masai Sai a donc dû dévier de sa route, se dirigeant vers la capitale du Haut-Katanga dans l’objectif d’obtenir un visa d’entrée en Angola.
