A Tatabányai Járásbíróság egy év 11 hónap felfüggesztett börtönbüntetésre ítélt egy mentőst, aki az állomás egészségügyi raktárából fertőtlenítőt, maszkokat és gumikesztyűket tulajdonított el március végén, az ítélet jogerős – közölte a Tatabányai Törvényszék sajtóreferense.

Sós Réka tájékoztatása szerint a 13 éve a mentőknél dolgozó férfi az elkövetéskor, majd később is arra kérte egy egészségügyi webáruházat működtető volt kollégáját, hogy állítsa azt, tőle vásárolt öt doboz gumikesztyűt. A webáruház tulajdonosa a mentőállomás vezetőjének és a nyomozóknak is azt mondta, hogy a kesztyűk tőle származnak, nem tudva arról, hogy lopás történt, és valótlan vallomása az elkövető felelősségének elhárításához szükséges.

Az eltulajdonított tárgyak értéke csaknem hatvanezer forint, ennek mintegy fele megtérült, mert a férfi az eszközök egy részét visszavitte a raktárba, miután megtudta, hogy a lopásról egy szemtanú tájékoztatta a mentőállomás vezetőjét. A Tatabányai Járásbíróság kisebb értékre elkövetett lopás és hamis tanúzásra felhívás bűntette miatt egy év 11 hónap – 3 év 6 hónapra felfüggesztett – börtönbüntetésre és 120 ezer forint pénzbüntetésre ítélte a férfit, valamint kötelezte, hogy fizessen az Országos Mentőszolgálatnak mintegy 35 ezer forint kártérítést.

Az ítéletet az ügyész, a vádlott, a védő a kihirdetését követően tudomásul vette, így az jogerőre emelkedett.
