OPINION. Notre modèle de consommation occidental n'est pas viable et donc pas généralisable aux 8 milliards d'humains qui vivent sur Terre. Mais doit-on pour autant céder à la facilité qui consiste à parler de « décroissance » ? Un concept à la fois très urbain et très occidental, théorisé par des gens qui sont en réalité à l'abri du besoin et souvent très à gauche. Or, le paradoxe est que la très probable première conséquence d'une décroissance serait une explosion de la pauvreté avec pour premières victimes les ménages les plus modestes.
