2015 est un millésime pour le Sziget Fesztival. 441 000 « Szitizens » issus de près d’une centaine de pays ont participé à la grand messe de la musique et du fun à Budapest cette année. Record battu ! Hongrois, Hollandais, Français, Britanniques, Allemands et Italiens sont les plus gros contingents. Et si le Sziget était le meilleur des gros festivals en Europe ? 

Bien sûr, tout n’était pas parfait : la canicule qui a frappé la Hongrie durant toute la semaine a provoqué des vagues de poussière contre lesquelles l’organisation a lutté en vain. Les points d’eau n’étaient pas en quantité suffisante et il faut faire la queue longtemps pour les douches (car si si, les festivaliers, aussi, prennent des douches !). Mais pour le reste, tout le monde est d’accord : l’organisation est au top.

le Sziget est un savant mélange, une recette qui fonctionne à merveille :

Il y a des mastodontes mondiaux comme Kasabian, Gramatik, Major Lazer, Kings of Leon, Limp Bizkit, Asaf Avidan… Cette année, c’est Robbie Williams qui a eu l’honneur d’ouvrir les festivités sur la grande scène, devant 80 000 fans.

Une touche balkanique avec par exemple la fanfare de Goran Bregovic

Un zeste de musique française avec cette année les présences notables de Fauve et Vitalic.

Une petite touche de militantisme. Les Pussy Riots ont participé à une table ronde et plusieurs ONG internationales et hongroises ont leur stand sur le festival.

Un décor magique et transcendant et des zones de repos confortables : Sziget Beach, the Campfire, the Luminarium, the Artzone, the Designzone… Le camping français est simplement superbe (mais il faut apprécier les Français qui sont, de l’avis général, « les plus gros relous du festival »).

Si si, la Hongrie est aussi de la partie

Si l’on peut faire l’éternel reproche au festival de pratiquer des tarifs trop élevés pour les locaux (ceux qui en reviennent se plaignent d’ailleurs de l’augmentation des prix de la nourriture et de la boisson par rapport aux années précédentes), il reste encore bien plus abordable que les autres festivals ailleurs en Europe.

Et la musique hongroise est très présente sur le festival, pour peu qu’on ne se cantonne pas aux scènes principales : le légendaire DJ Palotai, Quimby, les excellents Pécsois de 30Y et de Psycho Mutants, Anima Sound System, Söndörgö, Magashegyi Underground, Péterfy Bori…, et toute une myriade d’artistes locaux peuvent se produire au Sziget devant un public international.

On trouve aussi la culture folk hongroise au village Hungaricum, une porte ouverte sur les traditions locales où les festivaliers peuvent avoir à un aperçu de la Hongrie rurale en goûtant auxproduits locaux et en apprenant les danses traditionnelles avec des profs de danse réputés (Ignác Kádár, Szabolcs Szokolik…) dans ce qui est en quelque sorte une Táncház.

Le directeur du festival, Karoly Gerendai, a profité de l’annonce de ces bons résultats 2015 pour fixer le cap pour les prochaines années :

« Notre objectif à long terme est de faire en sorte que l’image du festival reste indépendante des grosses têtes d’affiche. […] Nous essayons toujours d’obtenir de bons groupes sur nos scènes, mais nous essayons aussi de faire en sorte que les fans choisissent le Sziget parce que nous offrons de plus : une grande aventure, un séjour culturel, une semaine pleine de surprises positives. Nous ne voulons certainement pas être impliqués dans une dangereuse concurrence pour obtenir têtes d’affiche trop chères ».

Bref, Sziget, on t’aime encore !

 Эти обстоятельства увеличивают опасность скатывания в политический вакуум на базе тупикового состояния всех дел страны, что даже простым обывателям бросается в глаза, «элегантный» уход с серьёзной сцены украинского общества Евросоюза и более замедленными темпами и США. Происходит то, на что – по-видимому - сценаристы украинских событий не рассчитывали. Не получился «украинский блицкриг», и чем больше тянется, тем более время работает не для тех, которые хотят достичь легитимности «бандеровской» идеологии, консолидирующим фактором нераздельной и независимой государственности Украины.

Хорошо помним, что процесс начался с раскручивания желаний украинцев быть ассоцированными партнёрами с ЕС, а «евромайдан» ратовал за обустраивание страны по европейским ценностям, за свободное перемешение украинцев по странам ЕС и за полноценное членство  в ЕС в ближайщем будущем. Но эти мечты испарились с разрушением украинской экономики, навязанной насильственной бандеровско-националистической идеологизацией и руссофобией, а на этой основе происходящей братоубийственной  гражданской войной на Донбассе. Европа «вздрогнула» от присоединения Россией Крыма, и с тех пор «не находит себя», осознав, что недооценила мощь и решительность России в представлении и зашите своих интересов. А присоединяясь к США  в провозглашении санкций против России, ЕС больше всего наказал самого себя, ведь выявились разногласия между странами ЕС, потеряв большую часть российского рынка и т.п. Самым конструктивным участием европейских лидеров в урегулировании «украинского конфликта» была встреча в Минске первых лиц Германии, Франции, России и Украины. Разработанная ими декларация из 11 пунктов  продемонстрировала возможность выхода из кризиса. На короткое время появился «свет» в конце тупиковой ситуации. Однако, не смогли к «минским договоренностям» привязать геополитические интересы США, и приверженцы «замороженного кризиса» добились продолжении военных поставок и финансирования войны. Мир не восстановлен, погибают люди, разрушаются поселения и хаос «гибридной войны» продолжается.

В  настоящее время ЕС уже больше всего загружен собственными судьбоносными проблемами – дефолтом Греции, возможно и Португалии и других стран, вопросами миграции из Северной Африки и прочими. Сейчас «не до Украины». А в США уже началась предвыборная кампания, и традиционно в этот период Америка погружается во внутренние проблемы. Для Украины оставляют уже действующих кураторов, и в первую очередь администрацию и задейственные в подготовке вооружённых украинских формирований, сил НАТО. Деятельность их ограничена сферой своей специальности, и необладают полномочиями вмешиваться в нововозникшие внутренние или геополитические проблемы Украины.

Получается, что Украину «соблазнили» и оставили – можно сказать в одиночестве - в тупике. Кроме всего прочего, нынешние власти со своей «руссофобской» идеологией не собираются отвернуться от дальнейшей «милитаризации» страны, от насильственного призыва граждан и продолжения войны на территории своей страны, против своих граждан. Правительству нечем платить за энергоносители, и неизвестно как смогут решать вопрос отопления в зимнее время, что будет с выплатами государственного долга. Так как не решаются проблемы экономики, коррупции,  роста безработицы, инфляции, падения курса гривни, отсутствия товаров первой необходимости, лекарств, нужного медицинского обслуживания и т.д., то, продолжатся и будут расширяться противовластные массовые выступления по всей стране. В октябре с.г. должны быть проведены местные выборы. Все вышеупомянутые проблемы могут вылиться в общее недоверие к власти.

Вот круг и замкнулся: страна в тупике и вакуум власти. Какие могут быть сценарии исхода этого кризиса, и какие шансы Украины для выхода из этого состояния? Все анализы показывают на ее  равносильные возможности.

Многие показатели предвещают самый нежелаемый, но к сожалению, неисключаемый тяжёлейший исход. «В случае срыва минских договоренностей, военное командование Украины будет вынуждено ввести военное положение» - заявил 14 августа секретарь СНБО, Александр Турчинов. По мнению президента Центра системного анализа и прогнозирования, Ростислава Ищенко, «полномасштабная война на Донбассе начнется в конце лета». То есть прежде чем США замкнется на предвыборную президентскую кампанию, самые ожесточённые стороники войны на Украине заставят мир «плакать». После такого поворота событий у Украины – да и для Европы – шансов не будет.

Кажется, более приемлемый вариант, хотя об этом пока еще нет признаков, если для «освежения» минских договорённостей, европейские, российские и украинские лидеры ещё раз сядут за стол переговоров под флагом «ООН», и договорятся о непосредственном практическом принуждении мира на всей украинской территории. Тем самым за определённое время Украина станет «протекторатом» этих стран под флагом ООН. Такой вариант отодвинул бы суверенное существование Украины, как самостоятельного государства. Однако дал бы шанс на выживание народу.

Самым удачным вариантом могло  бы стать «отрезвление» всех украинских политических сил. Все те, которые сейчас возглавляют страну, и те, которые хотят заполнить политический вакуум, или «спасти» Украину от безнадёжного хаоса – то есть все настоящие патриоты – должны бы сесть за стол примирения и с общими усилиями трудиться над воссозданием процветающей своей родины. А все те политики и «глобальные хишники», которые «заварили эту кашу», на определённое время отстранились бы от вмешательства и забыли бы о своих геополитических интересах. Такой вариант – настоящий шанс для украинского народа.

Вряд ли кто-либо захочет заключить пари в лучшей букмекерской конторе в Лондоне о том, что Украину миновало тупиковое состояние. А, о возможных шансах выхода из этой ситуации, и о необходимых действиях для спасения жителей страны уже у многих появилось желание хотя бы высказаться. Речь идёт не столько о тех внешних и внутренних политических силах, и глобальных экономических игроках, заинтересованных в манёврах в данной геополитической сфере, которые и ныне «ведают» украинским тупиком, а больше всего о тех, «изгнанных», или «само-отстранившихся» от дел Украины.

Через социальные сети и другие виртуальные источники до нас доходят разнообразные сведения о внутренних разногласиях провластных и противовластных организаций, о национальных стычках, массовых социальных выступлениях и т.д., которые отражают недовольство разных слоёв общества тупиковой ситуацией, в которой власть теряет доверие и Украина погружается в политический вакуум.  Старая истина, что вакуум не остаётся не заполненным. В политической сфере туда моментально стремятся попасть и недобросовестные дельцы...

На такой поворот событий обратили внимание все слои  украинского общества, тем более олигархи, зная истину, что «опаздавщие» выбывают из игры.  Экс-глава Донецкой области, Сергей Тарута в своей статье уже год назад написал, что «вместо более быстрой модернизации, Украина все больше погружается в политический вакуум». А на днях собрались в Киеве – по неофициальным источникам - бывшие и нынешние олигархи, которые после смены власти в феврале 2014 г., все-таки остались на Украине. По словам источников, все были солидарны в оценке, что «в стране идет что-то не так». Однако о том, как реагировать на происходящее, мнения разошлись, часть выступила с инициативой создания новой партии, другие говорили, что оказывать влияние на власть надо со стороны гражданского общества, и предложили учредить мощный «Союз промышленников», который бы отстаивал их интересы.

Также сказали своё слово и те олигархи, которые «эмигрировали» на Запад, или лучще сказать они «выселились», считая, что происходящее на Украине временное явление, и предполагали свою скорейшую «надобность» дома. В Вене состоялся слёт  «само-отстраняющихся-выжидающих» украинских олигархов. Принимал их господин Фирташ, который в Австрии сейчас ожидает решения об экстрадиции в США. По «слухам», одна из центральных тем разговора касалась вопроса проведения новых, досрочных парламентских выборов. Это значит, что всерьез не воспринимают Верховную Раду в нынешнем ее виде, а также объявление недоверия парламентским партиям - и властным и квази-оппозиционным - а также президенту и правительству.

Конечно, одно дело, если бы недовольство олигархов росло на фоне эффективных мер по борьбе с ними, а западные инвесторы теснили украинских олигархов с рынка. Однако, тревога олигархов основана на неспособности зарабатывать как раньше, и с появлением других, которые стали  богатеть с удвоенной скоростью. При этом оставив на сухом пайке часть «старых олигархов», и разрушив иллюзии тех, кто верил в «жизнь по-новому». Таким образом  «деолигархизация» превращается в простое перераспределение собственности и «нео-олигархизацию».  «Старые олигархи» могут и сконцентрироваться вокруг нового режима и восстановить свое влияние. Или «новые олигархи», декларируя борьбу со «старыми», плотно наполнят карманы, а затем, спасаясь от расплаты, начнут защищать свои завоевания через политику.

Заявили о своём желании заполнять выкристаллизуюшийся политический вакуум и представители украинского политического класса и олигархического бизнеса, сбежавщие в Россию. В первые дни августа экс-премьер Н. Азаров -  на пресс-конференции - объявил о создании «Комитета спасения Украины», целью которого, по его словам, станет смена нынешнего руководства страны. КСУ назвал и предлагаемого на должность президента, в лице бывшего народного депутата от Партии Регионов, Владимира Олейника, а также самого Азарова, кандитатом на пост премьер-министра. «У меня нет никаких сомнений, что мы вернемся и поможем украинскому народу» — цитирует РИА Новости Азарова. КСУ, призванный впоследствии выполнять функцию правительства Украины в изгнании, имеет программу-минимум из пяти пунктов: 1. Немедленная остановка войны на Донбассе. 2. Принятие новой Конституции Украины, в которой будут закреплены федеративное устройство, украинский и русский языки в качестве государственных. 3. Разоружение бандитских формирований и прекращение разгула бандитизма. 4. Отмена военного сбора и законов, связанных с войной. При этом необходимо восстановить деловые и партнёрские отношения с Россией. 5. Немедленная реализация антикризисной программы.

          Всё это несомненно возможно для оздоровления ситуации. Но, как известно из мировой истории, такие «спасатели» в изгнании редко могли возвращаться с благодарностью своего народа. Заново завоевать доверие почти невозможно.

Значит,  претенденты на роль заполнителя политического вакуума на Украине уже дали знать о себе, однако ныне присутствующие в стране властные игроки всё ещё не признают, что консолидация «евромайдановского режима»  не состоялась. Это «самодовольствие» и не замечание тупика, куда скатилась страна, имеет множество  источников. В первую очередь, основу даёт непосредственное участие представителей США в управлении государственными структурами. Тотальная зависимость киевской власти от США подтверждается ежедневно. По описанию внутренних и зарубежных аналитиков,  Президент  и его окружение не могут совершать даже малейших действий без благословения американских кураторов. Множество примеров подтверждают такую зависимость. Это и тот факт, что в правительстве страны  ведущие посты занимают иностранные специалисты, рекомендованные американскими политиками. Такими же методами назначаются губернаторы – в лице Саакашвили и прочих; что генпрокурор  публично обратился к представителям американского посольства с просьбой о содействии правоохранительных органов США в расследовании многих кризисных дел,  с которыми уже занимается ФБР со всеми вытекающими отсюда последствиями.

Так как экономика Украины – по словам нардепа, Луценко – «практически находится в состоянии дефолта», то её финансовую жилку держит в своих руках  МВФ и Мировой Банк, и «по каплям» утоляет её жажду. Надо сказать, что значительная часть граждан Украины, спокойно воспринимает  непосредственное участие американцев в «управляемом хаосе». Это опять же объясняется множеством причин. Так как в течение многих лет «промывали» мозги украинцам, поэтому воспринимают американских хозяев как «манну небесную» и некий мифический «украинский шанс». Не случайно в телевизионном шоу «Шустер Live», процитировали результаты социологического опроса в областях Украины. Результаты говорят о том, что большинство украинцев хотели бы видеть Саакашвили в роли губернатора своей области. Есть и равнодушные к происходящему граждане,  они «вздыхают», но надеются - конечно, на США.

 А украинский национал-радикализм до сих пор сохраняет свою роль «американского политического инструмента», что подтверждает и посол Джеффри Пайетт, бросившийся реабилитировать «правосеков» перед американскими сенаторами после «мукачевских разборок».  Для США и для Пайетта лично радикалы были и остаются мощным рычагом влияния. Это не только способ давления на Порошенко и ему «побратимый» олигархат, это сила - преимущественно молодые люди - которая используется для ударов по «автономистам». В среде националистических лидеров не наблюдается сколько-нибудь серьезная критика вмешательства США и управления американцами их «самостийной Украиной». «Произведенная американцами коррекция украинской националистической идеологии – как пишет Андрей Уваров, в статье «Американская власть на Украине, или Управляемая самостийность» -  привела к тому, что и сам «белый вождь» Билецкий, и «правый вождь» Ярош, и «гидроцефалический вождь» Семенченко, и «мужеложский вождь» Ляшко, угодливо служат теперь на побегушках у тех, которые отстегивают украинскому национализму финансовую пайку». Они могут быть использованы по методу «разделяй и властвуй». Для отражения попыток отхода от такого  курса  со стороны сидящих в парламенте, правительстве, креслах местной власти и т.д., «качающихся»  слабых или «предателей», могут организовываться шествия, народные вече, майданы, налёты на «коррупционеров», поддержка убийцам или только запугивание  непослушных оппозиционеров, инакомыслящих, коммунистов, сепаратистов и т.д. Они готовы, в случае вакуума власти, хоть насильственно заполнить эту нишу, несмотря на возможное недовольство этим европейцев или американцев. Такой сценарий не является фикцией, ведь «Правый Сектор», и другие военизированные структуры и формирования, не входящие в состав Вооруженных сил Украины, не разоружены и даже порой привлекаются для борьбы с «сепаратизмом».

Conflict, persecution, and human rights violations have forcibly displaced an unprecedented 59.5 million people worldwide at the end of 2014, according to a recent UNHCR report. That figure, roughly equivalent to the population of the United Kingdom, was up from 51.2 million the previous year, already a level unseen since World War II. From 2011 to 2014 alone, the total number of forcibly displaced people increased by 40 percent. The international community must do more to support them. Inaction will not stem the tide of forced migration; it will simply exacerbate the toll on countries already struggling to bear the burden. Developed countries must come to terms with the scale of this escalating crisis and commit to resettling more of the most vulnerable and persecuted refugees.

The global forced migration crisis is perhaps the most under-reported and disturbing development facing the world today. Even more troubling than the staggering figures are the tragedy’s human dimensions and governments’ hesitance to address the plight of refugees stranded in horrific conditions along coastlines and borders worldwide. This year, an estimated 1,750 migrants have died crossing the Mediterranean Sea, over 30 times more than during the same period last year. Meanwhile, in Southeast Asia, over 100,000 Rohingya have fled persecution and apartheid-like conditions in Myanmar. Many have endured starvation and brutality aboard overcrowded boats as they are ping-ponged between nations refusing to accept them. Others have suffered imprisonment, torture and death at the hands of Thai traffickers with alleged government complicity.

The international community’s response to this humanitarian crisis has been anemic at best and morally negligent at worst. The United Kingdom recently announced that it would not accept any migrants as part of the European Union’s agreement to redistribute 40,000 Syrian migrants already in Italy and Greece. London has faced backlash for accepting just 140 Syrian refugees so far this year. Indonesia and Malaysia, two comparatively well-off Southeast Asian nations, previously announced that they would turn back any Rohingya boats found along their shores. They later agreed to accept 7,000 stranded migrants, but only on the condition that those migrants would be resettled elsewhere within a year.

Underlying this crisis is an international system ill-prepared to tackle the current scale of displacement head on. According to Thomas Gammeltoft-Hansen, Research Director of the Danish Institute for Human Rights, developed states are primarily concerned with keeping migrants outside their borders so they can avoid responsibility for admitting refugees while technically complying with international law. This simply “passes the buck” to poorer states without addressing the problem. According to the UNHCR, the world’s poorest countries bear the brunt of the refugee burden, with 86 percent of refugees hosted by developing countries and one in four hosted by the least developed countries. This imbalance threatens to destabilize states already under pressure at the periphery of conflict zones and may lead to even greater migration rates if unaddressed.

The plight of Myanmar’s Rohingya poignantly demonstrates the international system’s failure to protect the most vulnerable refugees and the broader consequences of inaction. Stripped of citizenship rights by Myanmar’s military government in 1982, the Rohingya face severe persecution and mob violence as a Muslim minority in a majority Buddhist state. Today, they are confined to heavily policed ghettos where they are forbidden access to basic services and international aid.

The United States and human rights organizations have called upon Myanmar to recognize the Rohingya as citizens, but the ruling regime has shown little interest in stemming what observers call a “slow genocide.” Whether any appeal to Myanmar’s government will gain much traction in the foreseeable future is questionable. In the meantime, the international community has failed to resettle Rohingya refugees at rates necessary to ease regional pressures. Many Rohingya have flooded into Bangladesh, a country even poorer than Myanmar and with its own migration problems, thereby exacerbating the crisis.

These circumstances make a compelling case for developed countries to offer long-term resettlement to the Rohingya. However, Australia, one of the Asian-Pacific region’s wealthiest countries, has categorically refused to resettle any Rohingya, despite urging from the UNHCR.

“Australia will do absolutely nothing that gives any encouragement to anyone to think that they can get on a boat, that they can work with people smugglers to start a new life,” said Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott.

Abbott’s callous statement ignores the fact that most Rohingya aren’t voluntary migrants, but victims of ethnic cleansing fleeing a state that has branded them pariahs. India and China, regional giants that share borders with Myanmar, also remain on the sidelines, despite holding significant sway with Myanmar’s government.

The international community has resettled refugees en masse before, most notably after the Indochina Wars of the mid-1970s, when the United States, Australia, Canada, and others resettled more than 3 million refugees from Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.

With such a precedent, one must ask why states are failing to act decisively now. Indeed, they may soon have little choice. Even if humanitarian motives aren’t enough to compel action, these crises’ destabilizing effects may well prove difficult to ignore.

An evaluation of the implementation of the Directive on intra-EU-transfers of defence-related products has been launched by the European Commission. The European Defence Agency, under its role as an interface to wider EU policies impacting defence, is coordinating with the Commission in order to raise awareness and increase the input of Member States Ministries of Defence as well as defence industry, on issues related to the implementation of Directive 2009/43/EC.

Also known as the Directive on intra-EU-transfers of defence-related products, it aims to simplify terms and conditions of transfers of defence-related products within the Community. The Directive entered into force in 2009 and was transposed into national legislation across all Member States and EEA countries by 2012.

The Commission has recently launched an evaluation of the implementation of the ICT Directive, in view of preparing a report to the European Parliament and Council by June 2016. It has contracted the independent consultancy Technopolis Group to evaluate the implementation, uptake and impact of the Directive, and to provide recommendations to address any identified problems, in view of supporting the Commission in the preparation of its report.

A central aspect of the evaluation is a survey-based consultation with European defence industry. The online survey can be accessed at this link. The consultation is due to close on Friday 18th September 2015.

According to Technopolis, all responses obtained through the consultation will be treated in the strictest confidence, in line with EU legislation on data protection, and access to the data will be restricted to a small team within Technopolis. Information will only be passed to the Commission and published in aggregated and non-attributable form.

Tíz éve a lakosság mindössze 5%-a bízott a rendőrségben, ma ez a mutató 85% és megszűnt a korrupció. Na nem Magyarországon, hanem Grúziában. Hogy történt?

A rendőrség átalakítása része volt a teljes állami apparátus átszervezésének, melynek négy alapelve volt: kevesebb hivatal, kevesebb köztisztviselő, korábbinál jóval magasabb bérek, súlyos büntetések korrupció esetén.

Ez a gyakorlatban úgy nézett ki, hogy egy hivatal összes dolgozójának felmondtak, majd újra megpályáztatták az állásokat az átalakított szervezeteknél. Az eljárás nem csak az apparátust, hanem a teljes vezetést is érintette!

Így működött ez a rendőrségnél is, ahol az újonnan kiképzett és állományba vett rendőröket az elhárítás emberei figyelték hónapokon át. Kezdetben sorra érték tetten kenőpénzzel, amit nagy médiafelhajtás közepette komoly börtönbüntetést követett. Nem felfüggesztett, hanem letöltendő. Így egy 10 dolláros megvesztegetés akár 10 év börtönt is jelenthetett a gyakorlatban. És folytatódott mindez mindaddig, míg maguk a rendőrök és az állományba jelentkezők meg nem értették – nem éri meg elfogadni a megvesztegetést.

Voici un livre que les cuistres ne doivent pas apprécier. Pensez ! un amateur d'histoire qui se mêle d'écrire un livre d'histoire !

Or, sa lecture est non seulement agréable mais très instructive. Elle permet de parcourir les siècles, au prétexte de parcourir les routes de France. J'ai particulièrement apprécié qu'il commence "tôt", c'est-à-dire au VIe siècle avant JC, manière de montrer l'enracinement géographique de longue durée de ce qui deviendra, tardivement, l'hexagone.

Les routes choisies ne sont pas "évidentes" sauf certaines qui tombent sous le sens. Pour la plupart, il s’agit d'itinéraires qui permette à Lorànt Deutsch de parcourir le pays, de long en large. Prétexte à nous rafraîchir la mémoire historique, à visiter les régions de France, à rendre concret, chronologiquement et spatialement, notre histoire partagée.

Voici peut-être le principal reproche que les hautains feront au livre : il est accessible, selon un schéma chronologique classique, où la transversalité est celle du territoire, notion quasiment chauvine.

Moi, ça m'a plu, j'ai appris des tonnes de choses et ce la m'a soufflé quelques réflexions sur la géopolitique de la France (voir mon livre). En fait, une sorte de géohistoire appliquée et joyeuse, populaire et non élitiste. D'ailleurs, le livre a rencontré un succès réel. Mérité, à mon avis.
