Dans un communiqué en date du 13 décembre, le bureau exécutif national du regroupement des promoteurs et professionnels des médias digitaux du Bénin (Repromed Bénin) s'est réjoui de la signature de convention des médias fournissant des services de communication audiovisuelle ou de presse écrite en ligne destinés au public.

46 médias en ligne ont procédé à la signature de leur convention avec la Haute Autorité de l'Audiovisuel et de la Communication soit 26 Web TV, 16 Presse Écrite en ligne et 4 Web Radio. À travers cette signature, la HAAC autorise les médias fournissant des services de communication audiovisuelle ou de presse écrite en ligne destinés au public à exercer en République du Bénin. Après un processus mis en branle depuis 2018, relancé en 2021 et la sélection en janvier 2022 des requérants à l'exploitation de sites internet fournissant des services de communication audiovisuelle ou de presse écrite en ligne destinés au public, le Bureau Exécutif National du Regroupement des Promoteurs et Professionnels des Médias Digitaux du Bénin (REPROMED-Bénin) se réjouit que le bout du tunnel soit enfin atteint.

« L'acte posé lors de cette séance présidée par le président de la HAAC, en présence des conseillers, balise ainsi la voie pour un assainissement du secteur des médias en ligne et l'amélioration des conditions de vie et de travail des professionnels exerçant dans lesdits médias », relève le bureau exécutif national du REPROMED Bénin. Il ajoute que cette signature des conventions d'existence légale augure de meilleures perspectives pour
une presse en ligne professionnelle, responsable et autonome, comme le prône le REPROMED-Bénin.

Le bureau exécutif national a témoigné toute sa gratitude à la HAAC pour l'aboutissement heureux du processus pour cette première vague de médias en ligne et plaide auprès de l'instance de régulation le cas des dossiers en attente. Il félicite tous les medias en ligne qui jouissent désormais d'une existence légale et leur rappelle le respect du code d'éthique et de déontologie de la presse béninoise
afin de se distinguer par la qualité de leurs productions et leur professionnalisme.

Az idei 1300 milliárd forinttal 2023 végéig rekordnagyságú mezőgazdasági agrárkifizetés történik meg Magyarországon – mondta az Agrárminisztérium mezőgazdaságért és vidékfejlesztésért felelős államtitkára szerdán Gödöllőn, a Nemzeti Agrárgazdasági Kamara (NAK) Országos Küldöttgyűlésén.

Feldman Zsolt az agrártámogatási rendszer aktualitásairól tartott előadásában a 2024-ben induló agrár- és vidékfejlesztési pályázatokról szólva elmondta: a közvetlen területalapú támogatások esetében hat jogcímen, összesen 194 milliárd forintot fizettek ki 2023-ban előlegként, a kérelmezők több mint 82 százaléka, mintegy 136 ezer termelő részére. Ez az arány megegyezik a tavalyi év hasonló adatával – jegyezte meg.

Az alaptámogatást 135 ezer termelő részére fizették ki 139,6 milliárd forint összegben, az újraelosztó támogatást 41 milliárd forintot összegben pedig 133 ezer gazdálkodó kapta meg – ismertette az államtitkár.

Feldman Zsolt elmondta, hogy a Vidékfejlesztési Program keretében korábban átlagosan 6,7 milliárd forint heti kifizetés történt, míg 2023-ban a heti kifizetés már 13,7 milliárd forintnál tart.

Az államtitkár a 2024-es vidékfejlesztési pályázatokkal kapcsolatban azt mondta, hogy közel 1500 milliárd forintot tervez felhasználni a kormány, ennek 52 százalékát gazdaságfejlesztésre fogják fordítani. A gazdaságfejlesztési intézkedések között szerepel a mezőgazdasági üzemek fejlesztése a forrás 26 százalékáig, az élelmiszerfeldolgozás fejlesztése a forrás 17 százalékáig, vállalkozásfejlesztés és a generációs megújulás támogatása a forrás 7 százalékáig, mezőgazdasági vízgazdálkodás a forrás 2 százalékáig, a kockázatkezelési rendszerrel pedig a forrás 1 százaléka foglalkozik – tájékoztatott.

A pályázatokról azt mondta, hogy a támogatás mértéke maximálisan 15 millió euró lesz projektenként, a kis és nagy projekteket külön felhívásban hirdetik meg. A támogatás intenzitása 50 százalékos lesz, amihez kapcsolódnak még kiegészítő támogatási intenzitások, például a fiatal mezőgazdasági termelők esetében plusz 15 százalék, termelői együttműködés esetében plusz 10 százalék. Új elemként megjelenik a gazdaságátadás plusz 15 százalék, valamint az ökológiai gazdálkodás plusz 10 százalék intenzitásnövelőként.

Feldman Zsolt ismertette: a kezességvállalás költsége öt százalék, a kamatköltség elszámolás irányadóan 10 százalék lehet, összesen legfeljebb 65 százalék intenzitás, nem termelő beruházás esetében pedig legfeljebb 80 százalék intenzitás érhető el. Kitért arra, hogy az előlegigénylés szabályai kedvezőbbek lesznek, az eddigi 50 százalékos mezőgazdasági árbevétel helyett elég lesz a jövőben a 40 százalékos, és eltűnik a bázislétszám tartási kötelezettség is.

On 14 December 2023, the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA) organized an event in Vienna to celebrate International Migrants Day. The event took place in partnership with the International Labour Organization and the European University Institute.

OSCE diplomats, policymakers and practitioners active in the field of international migration, experts of migrant labour rights, representatives of the private sector, and academics working on migration narratives engaged in vibrant discussions on pressing policy issues connecting the labour market, demographic change, migration, and education.

Minister Plenipotentiary Hilda Kolevska, representing the 2023 Chairpersonship of North Macedonia, underlined: “Effective migration governance is a long and complex task, that is achieved only through international co-operation. At its core, migration reflects the innate desire for individuals to pursue happiness, security, and fulfilment. It is about people – as the motto of our Chairpersonship reads. But it is indeed about work too. May our collective efforts lead to solutions that realize potentials of migration, acknowledge the dignity and agency of all migrants, benefitting the socio-economic fabric of country of origin, destination and transit.”

The event, titled “It’s about work: Bringing back the interaction of migration, the labour market and economic development in the public discourse”, was part of the OSCE-led project E-mindful, funded by the European Commission. The project has helped bring together diverse and multi-pronged perspectives on migration governance and labour migration management. It has generated evidence-based guidance, including some of which was presented during today’s discussions, to be used by the European Commission, the OSCE, and ILO constituents. The project has promoted inclusivity in social and economic environments for both migrants and nationals, while encouraging effective policy-making.

The OSCE will continue to facilitate dialogue and co-operation on effective labour migration governance and labour migration management as an integral part of good economic governance.
