Kettős emberölés miatt emelt vádat a Pest Megyei Főügyészség

Vádat emelt a Pest Megyei Főügyészség egy férfi ellen, aki 2020. márciusban baltával két embert megölt, majd a testeket felgyújtotta.

A főügyészség azt írta: a vádirat szerint a két sértett – apa és fia – a bűncselekmény elkövetésének idején egy nagykőrösi, romos tanyaépület rendbehozatalán dolgozott. A még tizennyolc év alatti fiú egyik karja születési rendellenesség miatt csökevényesen fejlődött. Március 31-én az elkövető a tanya mellett kerékpározott el és szóba elegyedett a sértettekkel, akik cigarettával kínálták.

A vádlott segített a sértetteknek fát vágni, így került hozzá egy balta. Miután a férfi meglátta a fiatalabb áldozat övtáskáját, értékei megszerzéséért a tanya melléképületében a baltával hátulról fejbe verte. Magához vette az övtáskából a fiú mobiltelefonját, a házba ment, és ott az apát is legalább négyszer fejbe vágta. Ezután értékek után kutatott, majd mielőtt elhagyta a tanyát, mindkét testet meggyújtotta. A fiatalabbik sértett testének meggyújtásakor még élt.

Aznap éjszaka az elkövető visszatért, és éghető anyaggal locsolta le a már élettelen testeket, majd ismét meggyújtotta őket.

A Pest Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság munkatársai néhány nap alatt elfogták az elkövetőt, aki ellen a főügyészség nyereségvágyból, különös kegyetlenséggel, több ember, illetve a bűncselekmény elhárítására fogyatékosságánál fogva korlátozottan képes személy sérelmére elkövetett emberölés bűntette miatt emelt vádat.
