L’office National de la Météorologie a annoncé aujourd’hui, le 05 décembre 2021, des nouvelles chutes de neige à travers plusieurs wilayas du territoire national. Ces chutes ont déjà causé la fermeture de plusieurs routes à la circulation, selon la protection civile.

Il s’agit de plusieurs routes nationales, qui ont été fermées à la circulation aujourd’hui, après les chutes de neige qui ont touché plusieurs wilayas du nord du pays, notamment Bouira et Tizi Ouzou. La fermeture de ces routes a été annoncé par un communiqué de la protection civile, qui en a profité pour mettre en garde les citoyens.

Les routes fermées

Dans la wilaya de Bouira, suite à d’importantes chutes de neige, deux routes nationales ont été fermées à la circulation. Il s’agit de la route nationale N° 33, et plus précisément son tronçon reliant Bouira à Tizi Ouzou dans la région de Tikjda, dans la commune de Lasnam.

La deuxième route fermée dans la wilaya de Bouira, suite aux dernières chutes de neige, est la route nationale N° 15 au niveau du col Aghbalou, dans la région de M’chedallah. Cette route relie également la wilaya de Bouira à celle de Tizi Ouzou.

Trois autres routes ont été coupées aujourd’hui à la circulation dans la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou. Il s’agit de la route nationale N° 15, au niveau du col Tirourda, dans la commune d’Ifferhounen, de la route nationale N° 30, au niveau de Tizi N’Koulal, et enfin de la route nationale N° 33, au niveau d’Assoual, dans la commune Ait Bouhdi à Ouacif.

Il est à noter que l’Office National de la Météorologie a annoncé aujourd’hui des chutes de neige à partir de 800 mètres sur 18 wilayas du nord du pays.

On the morning of 5 December, the armed formations in Luhansk region twice denied the SMM passage to non-government-controlled areas. Both SMM patrols were travelling from government-controlled areas.

The first denial occurred at 09:40, at about 350m north of the southern edge of the disengagement area near Zolote. The second occurred at 10:50, at the checkpoint of the armed formations south of the Stanytsia Luhanska bridge. On the first occasion, members of the armed formations cited a “lack of security guarantees” and a “lack of permission from those in control” on the second.

Additionally, earlier in the morning, at 09:27, at a checkpoint near the southern edge of the disengagement area near Zolote, two members of the armed formations denied another SMM patrol passage inside the disengagement area, citing a “lack of security guarantees” and “orders from their superiors”. The patrol was to assist the SMM patrol crossing to non-government-controlled areas mentioned above.

Unrestricted and unconditional access to all areas is essential to ensure effective monitoring and reporting of the security situation, as well as other mandated tasks. The mandate also tasks the Mission to report on any restrictions of its freedom of movement or other impediments to fulfilment of its mandate.
