Turquie: un an après la fin de la lutte armée du PKK, les Kurdes attendent la paix avec scepticisme

Il y a un an jour pour jour, le 27 février 2025, le chef emprisonné du Parti des travailleurs du Kurdistan (PKK), Abdullah Öcalan, appelait son groupe à renoncer à la lutte armée. L'appel était un moment fort d'un processus initié fin 2024 par l'État turc dans le but de mettre fin à quatre décennies de guerre. Depuis, le PKK, dont les combattants sont basés en Irak du Nord, s'est rallié symboliquement à l'appel de son fondateur. Mais la paix se fait toujours attendre, ce qui alimente le pessimisme parmi les Kurdes de Turquie.

La Suède brouille un drone à proximité du porte-avions français «Charles-de-Gaulle», la Russie suspectée

Mercredi 25 février, un drone a été détecté non loin du port suédois de Malmö, où stationne actuellement le porte-avions français Charles-de-Gaulle, a appris l'AFP jeudi 26 février auprès de l'état-major français et de l'armée du pays scandinave. Il a été brouillé par un dispositif suédois. À la télévision, le gouvernement suédois pointe désormais du doigt la Russie, qui juge « absurde » la déclaration.

Les pays de l'Union européenne (UE) pourront utiliser des fonds européens pour permettre à des femmes d'interrompre volontairement leur grossesse partout en Europe, a indiqué jeudi 26 février la Commission à Bruxelles, en réponse à une pétition réclamant des financements pour des avortements « sûrs ».

En Europe, en revanche, le groupe Stellantis annonce aujourd'hui des pertes record : plus de 22 milliards d'euros l'an dernier (2025), et les constructeurs allemands plongent.

L'AfD, la principale formation d'extrême droite allemande, a remporté aujourd'hui une importante victoire juridique. Malgré un « fort soupçon », le tribunal administratif de Cologne a considéré que le renseignement intérieur allemand ne pouvait pas classer ce parti comme extrémiste à ce stade, remettant en cause une décision de mai 2025. L'AfD, codirigé par Alice Weidel, est aujourd'hui la première force d'opposition à la coalition du chancelier conservateur Friedrich Merz
