Rendkívül sikeres évet zárt tavaly a Budapesti Rendőr-főkapitányság (BRFK) célkörözési osztálya, több mint nyolcszáz körözött embert sikerült elfogni, akik ellen ezernél is több elfogatóparancs volt érvényben – közölte a BRFK Bűnügyi Főosztályának vezetője.

Sulyok Viktor elmondta, a célkörözési osztály titkos információk gyűjtésével és közterületi akciók szervezésével igyekszik a több éve bujkáló, akár több körözéssel keresett bűnözőket felkutatni, akik a körözésük ideje alatt sokszor további törvénysértéseket követnek el.

Tavaly 807 embert – 675 férfi, 132 nőt – fogtak el, ellenük mintegy 1060 körözés volt kiadva. Volt olyan ember, aki ellen 16 elfogatóparancs is érvényben volt egyebek mellett ittas vezetés, jármű önkényes elvétele, lopás, közúti baleset okozása miatt, de többen voltak, akik ellen öt-kilenc körözést adtak ki. A büntetési tételek tekintetében a legtöbben két-három éves büntetésekre nem vonultak be, a rekorder egy kilenc évre ítélt, szökésben lévő férfi volt – ismertette a főosztályvezető. Hozzátette, Budapesten jelenleg 8200 embert köröznek.

Sulyok szólt arról is, hogy 228 ember azért bujkált, mert nem fizette be a pénzbüntetését. Az összes tartozás 48 millió forint volt, elfogásuk után 133-an úgy döntöttek, hogy inkább fizetnek, mintsem börtönbe kerüljenek, így 28 millió forint tartozást sikerült beszedni – mondta a főosztályvezető.

Hozzáfűzte, még mindig akadt 95 ember, akik mintegy húszmillió forint tartozást nem voltak hajlandóak kifizetni és inkább úgy döntöttek, hogy szabadságvesztéssel váltják ki. Ők 15 855 nap szabadságvesztés letöltését kezdték meg 2022-ben.

A gyanús eltűnések vizsgálata is különösen fontos – hangsúlyozta a főosztályvezető. Tavaly 175 ilyen ügy volt folyamatban, amelyből igyekeznek kiválogatni azokat, amelyek mögött súlyos bűncselekményeket sejtenek. A leggyakoribb figyelmeztető jel, ha gyanús üzleti elszámolás áll a hátterében. Tavaly két ilyen súlyos ügyük volt, amelyekről még nem mondhatnak részleteket – jegyezte meg Sulyok.
