On vous l'avait bien dit, mon Neveu Patou dirige un pays de pagailleurs avec des pagailleurs partout ! Sinon que selon une dernière étude Afrobaromètre, le Benin serait en train de devenir l'un des pays les moins corrompus en Afrique !
Entre autres, remercions et félicitons nos vaillantes forces de l'ordre, les Policiers , qui préfèrent désormais sagement , passer leurs temps sous les arbres à regarder Tik-Tok, au lieu de rançonner les usagers, et ensuite le gouvernement qui est en train de dématérialiser à tout vent, dans la droite ligne de la nouvelle formule du Paster Noster des catholiques qui demande de ne pas "laisser entrer en tentation" les nombreux fonctionnaires pécheurs par rançonnement …Sans oublier l'action passablement dissuasive des nombreux délateurs et dénonciateurs qui bombardent la cellule anti-corruption du palais de courriers…
Mais vous mes Neveux et Nièces qui ricanez en demandant d'attendre la réaction de mon Cousin Jean-Baptiste Elias, qui ne se console pas depuis des années d'être mis sur la touche dans ce combat au niveau de l'Etat, vous êtes tous des pagailleurs !
