Vádat emeltek egy szexért kiskorúnak lakáshasználatot biztosító férfi ellen

Tizenkét év börtönbüntetést indítványozott az ügyészség azzal a férfival szemben, aki a vádhatóság szerint szexuális kapcsolatért cserébe engedett lakáshasználatot egy 13 éves lánynak – közölte a Somogy Megyei Főügyészség.

Azt írták: az 52 éves férfi 2020 nyarán több kiskorúval is megismerkedett, és gyakran vendégül látta őket a siófoki lakásában. A vádlott felajánlotta a sértettnek, hogy ha vele szexuális kapcsolatot létesít, másokat is felvihet az ingatlanba. A vádlott többször is közösült a lánnyal, annak ellenére, hogy tudta: a 14. életévét még nem töltötte be. A sértett cserébe a lakásban másokkal is végezhetett szexuális cselekményeket.

A lány 2020 szeptemberében feljelentést tett a hasonló jellegű bűncselekmények elkövetése miatt büntetett előéletű férfi ellen, akit nyomozók rövid időn belül azonosítottak és elfogtak, majd a bíróság letartóztatott. Az ügyészség gyermekprostitúció kihasználása és szexuális visszaélés miatt emelt vádat ellene. A vádhatóság a 12 év szabadságvesztést arra az esetre indítványozta, ha a férfi a bűncselekmények elkövetését az előkészítő ülésen beismeri, és lemond a tárgyaláshoz való jogáról.

Az ügyészség arra is indítványt tett, hogy a vádlottat végleges hatállyal tiltsák el minden olyan foglalkozástól, amelyben 18. életévét be nem töltött emberek nevelését, felügyeletét, gondozását, gyógykezelését végezné, illetve ilyen emberekkel egyéb hatalmi vagy befolyási viszonyban állna.

"He is a national hero to us all. A rare, courageous journalist who tirelessly sought justice," Amsterdam's mayor, Femke Halsema, said. De Vries was shot five times, including once in the head.

EU states should renovate three percent of public buildings a year to make them "nearly zero-energy buildings" by adding insulation and installing greener heating systems, the European Commission is planning to propose, Reuters reports. The EU construction industry will also have to cut energy consumption from the sector by 1.5 percent a year. The draft figures are double the current EU targets for renovation and consumption.

Klaus L., from the centre-right affiliated Hanns Seidel Foundation, gave China information on "current affairs" from 2010 to 2019, prosecutors said. He was also an informant for 50 years for Germany's homeland security service, the BND, German media said. He traveled widely in Asia and Russia and had reportedly been recruited at a conference in Shanghai.
