Soudan: un lieu stratégique au Darfour du Nord passe aux mains de l'armée

Au Soudan, les forces communes du Darfour, suppléantes de l'armée ont enregistré, ce premier janvier, une avancée notable contre les paramilitaires au Darfour du Nord. Elles ont repris la localité d'al-Malha, située dans une zone désertique à la frontière de la Libye et à quelques 200 kilomètres d'el-Fasher. Une partie du ravitaillement militaire aux Forces de soutien rapide (FSR) qui encerclent el-Fasher depuis de longs mois, emprunte ce chemin désertique en passant par al-Malha, ce qui pourrait avoir un impact sur l’avenir de la ville.
