Five grabbed for stealing twin babies at Sefwi-Punikrom

The Sefwi-Wiawso Divisional Police Command has picked up five persons for allegedly stealing two-week old twin babies at Punikrom in the Waiwso Municipality of the Western North Region. The suspects are Paulina Owusu 26, Haruna Yusif 36, Stephen Owusu 32, Kofi Nkrumah, 24 and Sampson Addai, 33 years.

Parliament on Tuesday resumed for business and would soon announce a roll out plan of vaccination for Members and Staff of the House. The House on February 10, 2021 closed down after results of a screening test for the disease by the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research in the House showed that 17 Members of Parliament (MPs) and 151 Staff and ancillary workers were infected with the virus.
