The Council adopted a decision which updates the recovery and resilience plan of Germany. The Council’s positive assessment of Germany’s plan remains unchanged.

The Council adopted conclusions on the revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes. A total of 16 countries have either not engaged in a constructive dialogue with the EU on tax governance or have failed to deliver on their commitments to implement the necessary reforms.

The Council today adopted a decision authorising member states to ratify, in the interest of the EU, the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention).
