Der Rat hat die positive Bewertung gebilligt, die die Kommission zu den geänderten Aufbau- und Resilienzplänen Österreichs, Belgiens, Tschechiens, Dänemarks, Deutschlands und Irlands abgegeben hat.

Der Rat verlängert die EUTM RCA bis zum 19. September 2026 und die regionale Beratungs- und Koordinierungszelle (RACC) im Rahmen der EUCAP Sahel Mali bis zum 31. Januar 2026.

Der Rat hat eine erste bilaterale Unterstützungsmaßnahme im Rahmen der EFF in Höhe von 10 Mio. € angenommen, um die Einsatzbereitschaft der Streitkräfte Senegals zu stärken.

The first EU-Moldova summit was held on 4 July 2025 in Chișinău. At the joint press conference, European Council President António Costa reaffirmed that Moldova's future is within the EU. He commended Moldova’s reform progress and resilience in the face of multiple crises, underlining the EU’s determination to support the country’s accession process, economic development and security.
