Council adopts regulation establishing joint undertakings under Horizon Europe.

Der Rat hat Schlussfolgerungen gebilligt, in der er die Schlüsselrolle des Fachwissens des europäischen öffentlichen Sektors als eine Form der internationalen technischen Zusammenarbeit anerkennt. Diese Zusammenarbeit kann unter anderem in Form von Maßnahmen der Verwaltungszusammenarbeit und der technischen Zusammenarbeit sowie von Institutionenaufbau durch Instrumente wie Twinning oder Informationsaustausch und technische Unterstützung (TAIEX) erfolgen.
