UKRAINE-CONFLICT
A sajtóban gyakran elhangzik, hogy az oroszok megsértették az 1994-es budapesti szerződést. Ez lényegében igaz, csak azt ne felejtsük el, hogy 2004 óta az oroszok ezt a szerződést nem tekintik érvényesnek. Álláspontjuk szerint a narancsos forradalom idején a Nyugat (is) semmibe vette ezt a szerződést és megsértette az 1. pontot, mely elvileg - az akkori realitásoknak még nagyjából megfelelő - egyfajta semleges ütközőzónát vízionált.
