Charles Michel, az Európai Tanács elnöke és Ursula von der Leyen, az Európai Bizottság elnöke együttes nyilatkozatban hangsúlyozták, hogy a 2019. évi koronavírus-betegség globális jellegű válságot eredményezett, amelynek leküzdéséhez összefogásra van szükség.
