The Council today approved conclusions on the European water resilience strategy, reinforcing the EU’s commitment to safeguarding water resources, boosting resilience and addressing climate challenges.

The Council approved conclusions on Sudan, expressing serious concern on the ongoing conflict, alleged violations and abuses of human rights, and increasing fragmentation.

The Council approved conclusions on the implementation of the EU Strategy for Cooperation in the Indo-Pacific, which is aimed at continuing and further enhancing the EU’s strategic focus, presence, visibility and actions in the region. 

The Council approved conclusions on the new strategic EU-India agenda, stressing that enhanced political, trade, economic, research and innovation, and security cooperation between the EU and India will boost the delivery of prosperity and stability for both peoples.
