Válogassuk meg, kivel állunk szóba: megölte a beszélgetőtársát, életfogytiglant kaphat

Tényleges életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztés kiszabását indítványozva minősített emberölés bűntette miatt emelt vádat a Fővárosi Főügyészség egy férfi ellen, aki kegyetlen módon megölte beszélgetőtársát tavaly áprilisban Budapesten.

A főügyészség azt közölte: a vádlott – egy 34 éves férfi – 2019. április 20-án este a XX. kerületben, a Határ út melletti füves területen sétált alkalmi ismerősével, egy 51 éves férfival. Beszélgettek, majd – ismeretlen okból – rátámadt beszélgetőtársára, hosszabb időn keresztül bántalmazta, végül elővett egy tapétavágó kést és elvágta a sértett nyakát; az idősebb férfi meghalt.

A vádiratnak tárgya az is, hogy a vádlott ugyanezen a napon egy másik férfival is verekedett egy XXIII. kerületi hajléktalanszállón.

A Fővárosi Főügyészség az erőszakos, többszörös visszaeső férfi ellen különös kegyetlenséggel elkövetett emberölés bűntette és garázdaság vétsége miatt nyújtott be vádiratot a Fővárosi Törvényszékre. Indítványozta, hogy a bíróság – halmazati büntetésként – ítélje életfogytig tartó fegyházbüntetésre a vádlottat és zárja ki a feltételes szabadságra bocsátás lehetőségéből.

A vádlott jelenleg letartóztatásban van – áll a közleményben.
