The EU leaders will discuss coordination on the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the large-scale roll-out of vaccines and the deployment of all available instruments to limit the spread of the virus.

Press briefing ahead of the informal video conference of agriculture and fisheries ministers will take place on 21 January 2021 at 15:30.

The Technical Support Instrument will help EU countries prepare the recovery plans needed to access funding from the Recovery and Resilience Facility.

Remarks by Paschal Donohoe following the Eurogroup video conference of 18 January 2021 on imbalances in the euro area, Recovery and Resilience Plans and relations with the US in the monetary and financial area.

European Council President Charles Michel invited the members of the European Council to their video conference on the fight against COVID-19 on 21 January 2021.

The Council adopted a decision establishing a set of common features that end-user certificates for the export of small arms and light weapons and their ammunition will have to respect.
