Off-the-record technical briefing on third-state participation in PESCO projects

A Tanács meghatározta, hogy milyen általános feltételek mellett lehet harmadik államokat kivételes esetben felkérni egyes PESCO-projektekben való részvételre.

A Tanács elnöksége és az Európai Parlament tárgyalói ideiglenes megállapodásra jutottak az EU költségvetésének védelmét célzó általános feltételrendszerrel kapcsolatban.

A Tanács elfogadta az Unióban a fogyasztók kollektív érdekeinek védelmére irányuló képviseleti keresetekről szóló irányelvtervezettel kapcsolatban első olvasatban kialakított álláspontját.

Az átdolgozott rendeletek célja a határokon átnyúló bírósági eljárások hatékonyabbá és gyorsabbá tétele a digitalizáció és a korszerű technológiák kihasználásával.

A főképviselőnek az Európai Unió nevében tett nyilatkozata egyes harmadik országoknak a líbiai helyzetre tekintettel hozott korlátozó intézkedésekről szóló (KKBP) 2015/1333 határozat végrehajtásáról szóló, 2020. szeptember 21-i (KKBP) 2020/1310 tanácsi határozathoz történő csatlakozásáról.
